Coaching Programs for Search Managers

And you’ve discovered that search is a complex and tricky domain, and that the expectations of your stakeholders are difficult to meet – or even to define.

You also need help with engaging the end users, the content owners, the taxonomists, librarians, knowledge managers, internal communications team, … Everyone wants perfect search results, but nobody tags their own documents at all, moreover – they keep using Teams and SharePoint like a network drive with an insane folder structure!… And also, many of them still prefer to keep everything in their OneDrive folders and local computers… And as a result, you have multiple copies of the same document stored in jungle-like content silos, and nobody knows what can be found where…

When working together, we’ll act as your trusted coach and advisor and help you leverage the full capabilities of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. We don’t only know the technology in-depth, but also have experience with addressing organizations’ blind spots and gaps. We have been working with all kinds of non-profit and for-profit organizations, government agencies, small and large, around the world. We use our proven, unique methodology and approach to provide the maximum benefits in the shortest possible time.

Our Coaching Packages

We offer two packages for Search Managers.

Our Group Coaching Program, named “Microsoft Search Hero”, is a 12-week program with maximum of six person in each group.

During the program, we will work with each participant at the beginning of the program to identify a personalized goal that they want to achieve with Microsoft Search. Throughout the program, we will provide support and guidance to help them create an action plan and follow through on it, so they can achieve their goal and fully utilize the capabilities of Microsoft Search.

The program is structured around a 2-hour group meeting every other week for three months, during which you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other participants and gain valuable insights from their experiences. Moreover, participants can engage in chat and discussions via Microsoft Teams between meetings.

If you prefer having our focused attention, that’s also possible! With our 1:1 Coaching and Mentoring program we’ll help and support you for six months. When working together, we’ll act as your trusted coach and advisor and help you leverage the full capabilities of the technology. At the beginning of the program, we identify your goals together, and then break them down into 4-6 weeks sprints.

During the engagement we work hard on achieving your goals together. We’ll measure everything, and will make sure that we the ROI of the program will be at least 300-500%!
