Coaching & Mentoring – How does it work?
For our coaching services, we offer 6-month packages. We typically discuss your goals during our onboarding call to better understand your specific challenges and objectives.
During the engagement, we meet every other week in a designated time slot reserved for you. We’ll also engage with you between sessions via Microsoft Teams or email.
At the end of the 6-month engagement, we will review your progress together, and we’ll help you create a new plan for continuing success with Microsoft Search. We can even extend the engagement as needed.
Your investments
To become a successful Search Manager and get as much value from our engagement as possible, you need to be committed to be an active participant in the process. You need to be willing to work on the transformation of your organization’s search configuration, information architecture, as well as governance and communication strategies.
This engagement will enable you to implement a better and improved search, but only if you’re committed during the whole process, and also have the proper internal support.
